Six days basking in the sun, moving through pilates, barre sculpt and yoga on a private finca on the Mallorcan coast. The Tramuntana mountains on your doorstep, and the sea five minutes down the road. You'll workout hard, eat well, hike dramatic coastline, take a boat to Sóller, and spend the rest of your time however you want. Expect healthy meals made by a private chef (who you will also want to become your best friend), and a group of people you’ll genuinely want to stay in touch with. We know you’ll leave this retreat standing taller, moving better, and with more energy than you’ve had in months.

About the Classes

Mornings start with invigorating Barre Sculpt or Mat Pilates. Expect classes that are precise, high-intensity, and low-impact. Guests and clients consistently say the same thing: they came for the workout and left having found strength they didn't know was there. Evenings are slower with gentle Pilates or restorative yoga and meditation to release tension, settle your nervous system, and let the day go. The group is intimate, so every class has personalised attention whether you've been practising for years or are brand new to these practices.

Your Hosts

Simone Topel

Simone is the founder of Held Retreats and the thread that holds it all together. An ICF-certified coach, yoga teacher and speaker, she has spent years helping people rebuild confidence, reconnect with themselves and step into life more fully. Her yoga training spans over 650 hours across Rocket, Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa, with specialist training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Yoga for Depression. She has taught everywhere from the beaches of Barcelona to corporate offices at Meta and PwC.

As a coach, Simone works with people on the things that actually matter: self-worth, identity, relationships, career and the quiet feeling that something needs to change. She has designed and led wellness programmes for global organisations including BMW and Moët Hennessy, and her retreats have consistently turned strangers into lifelong friends.

What makes Simone different is not just what she knows. It is the way she shows up. Warm, direct, real. She creates a space where people feel genuinely seen, often for the first time in a long time.

Andy Santana

Andy Santana is a Latino, New York City based group fitness instructor, trainer, and dancer, harmonizing decades of movement training into classes that are as intelligent as they are addictive. Rooted in anatomy and designed as a full-body experience, his method caters to feel-good movements that require thoughtfulness and control. 

Andy is known for his highly creative, beat-driven, signature barre-based sculpt classes— a combination of his years as a professional dancer traveling all over the world, plus certifications in barre, yoga, and pilates. In his class you’ll look forward to smart sequencing, a slow, controlled burn, and moments that land right on the music. He has a BFA in Dance Performance and currently has a roster of high-profile clientele while simultaneously teaching at Equinox Gyms and Fuze House NYC.

Your home in Mallorca

A traditional Mallorcan finca tucked into a quiet corner of the island, far from the crowds and especially beautiful in early October (yes, expect beach weather!). Behind you rise the Tramuntana Mountains. Five minutes down the road you find private access to the beach. The building dates back to the 1700s, originally built as a watchtower protecting the coastline, and sits on expansive land dotted with olive trees, gardens and open sky. Classes take place on beautiful outdoor decks, sometimes by the water, sometimes under the trees. A private pool, trails from the doorstep and stillness all around.

Secure your space with a $500 deposit. Flexible payment plans available. We keep numbers intentionally small so every experience feels personal, and this retreat will have no more than 11 guests. Earlybird pricing is available until June 26th or until all spots are filled — whichever comes first! The first 5 bookings will also receive a complimentary massage during the retreat! Food is one of the things people remember most about one of our retreats, and in Mallorca it takes centre stage.

Kat is our go-to chef in Mallorca and she's extraordinary. Fresh, well sourced, properly delicious Mediterranean food built around what the island does best: local cheeses, fish landed that morning, good olive oil. She also leads a cooking class, so you'll take a little of Mallorca home with you.

Mealtimes are where so much of the connection happens. Everyone sits down together and plates get passed around.
