Six days basking in the sun, moving through Pilates and barre on a private finca on the Mallorcan coast. The Tramuntana mountains on your doorstep, and the sea five minutes down the road. You'll workout hard, eat well, hike dramatic coastline, take a boat to Sóller, and spend the rest of your time however you want. Expect healthy meals made by a private chef (who you will also want to become your best friend), and a group of people you’ll genuinely want to stay in touch with. We know you’ll leave this retreat standing taller, moving better, and with more energy than you’ve had in months.

You're looking to level up your Pilates or Barre practice, or you've been wanting to try and want to learn from someone exceptional. You've been too much in your head, on screens, in routine, and you need to move, get outside, and be around good people. You're craving real connection, not small talk, just honest conversation and friendships that go beyond the surface. You want a holiday that challenges you physically and gives you proper time to rest.

    A masseuse will be available on call throughout the retreat should you wish to book a massage during your free time. We’re also happy to provide recommendations if you’d like to explore independently.

About the Classes

Mornings start with invigorating Barre Sculpt or Mat Pilates. Expect classes that are precise, high-intensity, and low-impact. Guests and clients consistently say the same thing: they came for the workout and left having found strength they didn't know was there. Evenings are slower with gentle Pilates or restorative yoga and meditation to release tension, settle your nervous system, and let the day go. The group is intimate, so every class has personalised attention whether you've been practising for years or are brand new to these practices.

Your home in Mallorca

A traditional Mallorcan finca tucked into a quiet corner of the island, far from the crowds and especially beautiful in early October (yes, expect beach weather!). Behind you rise the Tramuntana Mountains. Five minutes down the road you find private access to the beach. The building dates back to the 1700s, originally built as a watchtower protecting the coastline, and sits on expansive land dotted with olive trees, gardens and open sky. Classes take place on beautiful outdoor decks, sometimes by the water, sometimes under the trees. A private pool, trails from the doorstep and genuine stillness all around.

Secure your space with a $500 deposit. Flexible payment plans available. We keep numbers intentionally small so every experience feels personal, and this retreat will have no more than 11 guests. Earlybird pricing is available until June 19th or until all spots are filled — whichever comes first! The first 5 bookings will also receive a complimentary massage during the retreat! A Few Things People Often Ask

  • Yes to all of the above! Many of our guests come solo and it’s one of the best ways to meet like-minded people in a warm, welcoming environment. This retreat is open to all genders, so you’re welcome to come with your partner, a friend, or on your own. If you’re sharing a room, let us know who you’d like to be paired with when you book and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

  • Absolutely. Your teachers have spent years working with clients of all levels, body types, and backgrounds. Every class includes modifications and progressions so you can work at your own pace. You don’t need experience. Just a willingness to try!

  • Many of our guests are first-timers! The schedule gives you plenty of structure so you always know what’s happening, but there’s also loads of free time built in, including a free day to explore the island or simply rest. You’ll never feel pressured to participate in anything you don’t want to. It’s a balance of movement, rest, adventure, and great conversation, with everything taken care of so you can just be present.

  • When you book your spot, you’ll be asked to share any dietary requirements or allergies, which we will pass on to our chef. The menu will be planned with the group’s needs in mind. We’re happy to accommodate vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and most other common dietary needs. If you require something more specific, just send us a message so we can make sure to prepare for you.

  • Check-in is at 4 pm on arrival day (6th October) and check-out is at 2 pm on departure day (11th October). If you find yourself with extra time on the island before or after, we’ll be happy to share recommendations on where to go and what to do.

  • We recommend flying into Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI) which is just a 1 hour 30 minute drive from our retreat home. To get to and from the venue, we’ll help coordinate airport transfers for you, or you can always book an Uber. Need help figuring out the best flight options or want to extend your trip? We’re happy to support you in planning.

  • Here’s what’s not included:
    ✈️ Flights to and from Mallorca
    🚐 Transportation to the retreat villa (we can help arrange it!)
    💆 Additional spa treatments or excursions not included in the itinerary, such as massages (available to book on-site)
    🧳 Travel insurance (highly recommended for peace of mind)

  • Early October in Mallorca is one of the best times to visit. The climate is Mediterranean, so rain is rare at that time of year and there's a good chance you won't see any at all during the retreat (though of course we can never guarantee the weather!). We hosted a retreat there at the end of October last year and spent time at the beach and by the pool in bikinis. It still feels like summer, just without the crowds.
