  • EU & UK citizens: No visa required for travel to Spain. A valid passport or national ID card is sufficient.

  • U.S., Canada, Australia & other non-EU citizens: A valid passport is required for entry into Spain. No visa is required for stays under 90 days for tourism purposes.

  • Other nationalities: Please check with your local embassy for entry requirements specific to Spain.

  • Please note: Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from your date of arrival. We also recommend making a digital copy or photo of your passport and storing it in your email or cloud in case of loss.

FLIGHTS & GROUND TRANSPORTATION

We recommend booking your flights to Fuerteventura Airport (FUE), and if you are planning to arrive on the same day as the retreat begins, arriving on the morning or early afternoon of Sunday, 7 September 2025. Check in is at 5pm.

Please remember that transportation to and from the retreat venue is not included, so please plan accordingly and allow enough time to transfer. There will be taxis available at the airport, and the exact address of the retreat villa is: C. los Cascajos, 23, 35650 Fuerteventura, Las Palmas, Spain.

  • Taxis from FUE to the retreat villa (in the Lajares area) take approximately 30–35 minutes and cost around €40–€60.

  • We will add you to a Whatsapp group before the retreat, so you can coordinate shared taxis if you'd like.

If you wish to come earlier or extend your stay after the retreat, we recommend looking into accommodations in the towns of Lajares, Corralejo, or El Cotillo.

Let us know if you need help with arranging anything, or are nervous about timings or how to navigate the transport system! We are happy to assist wherever and however we can.

ABOUT OUR RETREAT HOME

Our retreat home is a modern, light-filled villa set in a peaceful nature reserve at the base of the Calderón Hondo volcano in northern Fuerteventura. It’s spacious, earthy, and surrounded by wild volcanic beauty, has large open-plan spaces, a private swimming pool, sun decks, shaded corners for resting, and floor-to-ceiling windows that look out onto the surrounding landscape. Bedrooms are thoughtfully designed, and full of natural light, offering comfort and quiet.
