Over 6 days together on a private finca on the Mallorcan coast, we’ll blend energising elevé sculpt sessions, mountain hikes to hidden coves, beach swims, and plenty of time for nourishing rest that bring you back to that light, joyful version of yourself that gets buried under busy schedules and constant doing.

About the classes

Expect movement that’s energising, confidence-boosting, and genuinely fun. Mornings are anchored by Elevé Sculpt, Katya’s signature method blending athletic Pilates, dance-inspired cardio, and sculpt work into one seamless, high-vibe flow. It’s precise, dynamic, and seriously effective.

Evenings shift the pace. Expect more gentle pilates, grounding yoga, stretching and meditation to release tension, reset your nervous system, and help your body fully unwind.

Everything is designed to meet you where you are. Because the group is small, classes are personalized, with options and modifications for all levels — whether you’re experienced or just getting back into movement. And... if the group’s feeling it, we might even include a playful beginner-friendly dance session!

Meet your hosts

Katya is the founder of Elevé, a dance-inspired sculpt experience designed to build strength, confidence, and ease in the body. Born and raised in Russia, she began dancing at an early age and later moved to New York City to pursue a professional performance career.

Through years of performing and teaching, Katya developed a training approach that blends the athleticism of sculpt workouts with the fluidity and posture of dance.

Based in New York City, Katya leads her signature Elevé classes and wellness experiences and has brought the method Miami, Charleston, and the Hamptons.

A professional dancer and model, she has appeared on Good Morning America and The Today Show , worked with many brands such as Reebok, Victoria Secret, e.l.f cosmetics, Scheels, 90 Degrees by Reflex, Revyeve active, Danskin, Fabletics,  and toured internationally with a ballroom dance production. 

At her retreats, she brings the same welcoming, motivating energy found in her classes — creating an uplifting, social environment where guests leave feeling stronger and energised.

Katya Bryleva

Simone is the Founder of Held and a certified Yoga Teacher and Life Coach based in Barcelona, Spain.

Yoga was her gateway into the wellness world. In 2016, she discovered Rocket Yoga and was instantly hooked — not just by the physical practice, but by how deeply it supported her mental and emotional wellbeing. That experience led her into years of inner work and formal training so she could guide others on their own journeys.

With over 650 hours of training and 1,000 yoga classes taught, she’s led students of all ages and experience everywhere from Barcelona’s beaches to studios, gyms, schools and corporate HQs like Meta, BMW, and PwC.

As an ICF-certified coach and speaker, Simone brings together body-based practices, mindset work, and spiritual insight — shaped by her studies in yoga and Buddhism in Asia and her training in ontological coaching. She works with private clients worldwide, most often supporting them in building self-worth, confidence, aligned careers, and fulfilling relationships.

Raised between the US, Switzerland and UK to Cuban parents, Simone grew up immersed in different cultures and developed a deep love for travel and human connection. Leading retreats has become one of her greatest joys, allowing her to bring together her love of travel, wellness, and everything she does best. She has hosted retreats across Spain, France, Morocco, and Portugal.

Our finca

We'll be staying at a typical Mallorcan "finca", tucked into a quiet corner of the island, far from the crowds and especially beautiful in early October (the best time of year to visit!) 

Here, you get the best of both worlds. Behind you rise the dramatic peaks of the Tramuntana Mountains, and just five minutes down the path you’ll find private access to the beach. The finca itself sits on expansive land dotted with olive trees, gardens, and open sky, with animals occasionally wandering past like they’re part of the welcome committee. The building dates back to the 1700s and was originally built as a watchtower protecting the coastline. It's truly a piece of living history in a region now protected by UNESCO for its natural beauty and heritage.

You'll enjoy classes on beautiful outdoor decks — sometimes by the water, sometimes under the trees — and you can spend your free time exploring trails right from our doorstep, lounging by our private pool, or simply soaking up the stillness.

Pricing & rooms available

Secure your place on the retreat along with the room of your choice, with just a $500 deposit. At checkout, you’ll be able to choose a payment plan to pay the remainder in monthly instalments that work best for you. Prices are for the full retreat experience and include all accommodation, food and activities.

Shared Sanctuary Room — $3,149

Two twin beds in a shared ensuite room where you'll share with one other guest. We will send a short questionnaire before the retreat to thoughtfully match you with your roommate. 

Private Sanctuary Room — $3,749

Your own double bedroom. Bathroom shared with one other private room.

Signature Suite — $3,949

Your own double bedroom and private bathroom. Our most spacious and private option.
All rooms look out onto either the mountains or the sea, so wherever you wake up, nature is the first thing you see.

Rooms are limited and allocated on a first come basis.

Getting there

We recommend flying into Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI) which is a 1h30 minute drive away from our home for the week. We can help you arrange pickup/dropoff, or you can always book an Uber.

FAQs

  • Yes and yes! Many of our guests come solo and it's a beautiful way to meet like-minded people in a safe, welcoming space. If you’re coming with a friend, you can let us know when you book and we’ll do our best to pair you together in the same room.

  • When you book your spot, you’ll be asked to share any dietary requirements or allergies which we will share with our chef. The menu for our retreat will be customized and planned in advance in accordance with the needs of the group. We’re also happy to accommodate vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free diets. If you require something more specific just drop us a message so we can make sure to prepare for you.

  • Check-in is at 4pm on arrival day and check-out is at 2pm on departure day.

    If you find yourself with some extra time on the island pre or post flight, we’ll be happy to share recommendations on where to go and what to do.
