Six days on a private finca on the Mallorcan coast, where the mornings begin with movement and the afternoons are yours to fill however you need. Energising Elevé sculpt sessions, coastal hikes, beach swims, nourishing food and the kind of unhurried time that reminds you what it feels like to be at home in yourself.

We have thought of everything so you do not have to. You show up. We take care of the rest.

This retreat is for every woman who is ready to feel like herself again.

You love your life but somewhere along the way the pace of it has buried the lighter, more playful version of you. You are ready for a few days where everything is taken care of, the food, the movement, the energy in the room, so you can simply show up and receive.

The schedule is a guide, not a rulebook. We'll make small adjustments to fit our group as we settle in together.

    A masseuse will be available on call throughout the retreat should you wish to book a massage during your free time. We’re also happy to provide recommendations if you’d like to explore independently.

Our Retreat Home

A traditional Mallorcan finca tucked into a quiet corner of the island, far from the crowds and especially beautiful in early October. Behind you rise the dramatic peaks of the Tramuntana Mountains. Five minutes down the path you find private access to the beach. The building dates back to the 1700s, originally built as a watchtower protecting the coastline, and sits on expansive land dotted with olive trees, gardens and open sky. Classes take place on beautiful outdoor decks, sometimes by the water, sometimes under the trees. A private pool, trails from the doorstep and genuine stillness all around. A truly special place to spend a week.

About the Classes

Mornings are anchored by Elevé Sculpt, Katya's signature method that blends athletic Pilates, dance-inspired cardio and sculpt work into one seamless, high-energy flow. It is precise, dynamic and genuinely effective at making you feel strong.

Evenings shift the pace. Gentle Pilates, grounding yoga, stretching and meditation to release tension, reset your nervous system and let your body fully unwind.

Everything is designed to meet you where you are. Because the group is small, every class is personal, with options and modifications for all levels. Whether you have been moving for years or are just finding your way back to it, you will feel at home here.

Your Hosts

Simone Topel

Simone is the founder of Held Retreats and the thread that holds it all together. An ICF-certified coach, yoga teacher and speaker, she has spent years helping people rebuild confidence, reconnect with themselves and step into life more fully. Her yoga training spans over 650 hours across Rocket, Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa, with specialist training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Yoga for Depression. She has taught everywhere from the beaches of Barcelona to corporate offices at Meta and PwC.

As a coach, Simone works with people on the things that actually matter: self-worth, identity, relationships, career and the quiet feeling that something needs to change. She has designed and led wellness programmes for global organisations including BMW and Moët Hennessy, and her retreats have consistently turned strangers into lifelong friends.

What makes Simone different is not just what she knows. It is the way she shows up. Warm, direct, real. She creates a space where people feel genuinely seen, often for the first time in a long time.

Katya Bryleva

Katya is the founder of Elevé, a dance-inspired sculpt experience built to develop strength, confidence and genuine ease in the body. Born and raised in Russia, she began dancing from an early age before moving to New York City to pursue a professional performance career, appearing on Good Morning America and The Today Show and working with brands including Reebok, Fabletics and Victoria's Secret.

Through years of performing and teaching she developed a training approach that blends the precision of sculpt work with the fluidity and posture of dance. She now leads her signature Elevé classes and wellness experiences across New York, Miami, Charleston and the Hamptons, and brings that same welcoming, motivating energy to everything she does on retreat. In the room, Katya creates an environment where women feel challenged and celebrated in equal measure.

All rooms look out onto either the mountains or the sea. The price includes everything you need upon arrival. Rooms are limited and allocated on a first come basis. Flights and additional extras are not included.

A Few Things People Often Ask

  • We recommend flying into Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI) which is just a 1h30 minute drive away from our retreat home.

    To get to/from the venue, we will help coordinate airport transfers for you or you always book an Uber!

    Need help figuring out the best flight options or want to extend your trip before or after the retreat? We’re happy to support you in planning — it’s a beautiful island and many guests love to stay a little longer to explore!

  • Yes and yes! Many of our guests come solo and it's a beautiful way to meet like-minded people in a safe, welcoming space. If you’re coming with a friend, you can let us know when you book and we’ll pair you together in the same room.

  • When you book your spot, you’ll be asked to share any dietary requirements or allergies which we will share with our chef. The menu for our retreat will be customized and planned in advance in accordance with the needs of the group. We’re also happy to accommodate vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free diets. If you require something more specific just drop us a message so we can make sure to prepare for you.

  • Check-in is at 4pm on arrival day and check-out is at 2pm on departure day.

    If you find yourself with some extra time on the island pre or post flight, we’ll be happy to share recommendations on where to go and what to do.

  • Here’s what’s not included:
